This past July was our 3rd year of success; with programs, such as. ADRES, SALSA FEST, BIZFEST, SURVIVAL ENGLISH/SPANISH CLASSES and the INTERPRETER/TRANSLATOR SERVICE. These programs have assisted with the communication and support of our English Language Learner and Immigrant population.

We had grown so much in the last 3 years. One of the pioneers of this dream is our former Director Zeny Bustillo-Schmidt who had left a precedent on how important it is to help our kids integrate in our school system, and who have dared them to dream for a better future. With that vision in mind, after deciding to retire, she made sure our department was left in the hands of someone with the same passion. That is how we had the honor to welcome Heather Oliva-Martinez, as the Bilingual Student Services Coordinator.
