All secondary students have web-based email accounts powered by Google as of Fall, 2009. Students may access their email at the following site: http://students.olatheschools.com

GroupWise 8 Calendar Accounts

GrouWise Calendars may be used as school-wide public calendars, in-building staff calendars as well as individual teacher calendars. Calendars may be Published to the Web as a public calendar and/or Shared with other GroupWise 8 users. The guides and videos below will assist you with creating these calendars. Please contact your building Tech Team or IRT for support with GroupWise calendars for teachers. The Help Desk may assist you with school calendars. If you need assistance with establishing a "Scheduling" calendar for Computer Lab areas, etc., please contact the Help Desk.

Who Is It?

AUTOMATIC DELETION OF OLD EMAIL MESSAGES

All email messages older than 90 days are automatically deleted from all staff email accounts, including user-created folders. You must "archive" emails you do not want to be automatically deleted.
